View Settings

General
Initial View ModeSelect which view should be used initially to display records. The available options are Thumbnail View, Gallery View and the Report View.
Show Categories & FiltersThe category tree and configured filters are shown in a sidebar on the left side of AWP. This option configures whether AWP shows the sidebar when AWP starts. The default is enabled. If this option is disabled the user has to click a button to show and hide the sidebar.
Use large header and logo

Automatically adjusts AWP layout (header and logo scaling) if you have a logo that is larger than the default one.

General
Record View Set Specify the default Record View Set AWP should use. Note that the user logging into AWP must have permission to see this Record View Set.

Click the Advanced button to specify different Record View Sets for the Information View or when editing records:

All entries are checked from top to bottom when loading the Information View or the Metadata Editor. The first row where the current record matches the given query specifies the Record View Set to use instead of the default one.
The default Record View Set is used if no match can be found or the configured Record View Set is not available for the current user.

When employing the properties dialog, each rule can be restricted to some users or roles:

Thumbnails
Click thumbnail for View ModeOptionally the user can jump to the information view or the preview view when clicking the thumbnail image. Uncheck the checkbox to disable this feature.
Minimum sizeSpecifies the minimum thumbnail size in pixels. We recommend 128.
Maximum sizeSpecifies the maximum thumbnail size in pixels. We recommend 384.
Medium size thumbnails are calculated automatically from both minimum and maximum size.
Default Thumbnail SizeSpecifies whether the initial thumbnail size should be small, medium or large.
Watermark
To show a visible watermark on top of displayed images, this list configures the watermarking Asset Actions to use. When generating an image this list is evaluated from top to bottom to find the first query which matches the current record. The configured Asset Action for that query is then applied for the watermark.
EnabledUncheck to disable a watermark temporarily.
QueryThe query to match to apply the configured Asset Action of this row.
Asset ActionAsset Action to apply on records matching the given query.
Use forConfigure whether watermarking should be used for previews or thumbnails only or both.
