Catalogs | |
---|---|
AWP is able to run with multiple catalogs in the same instance. Select which catalogs should be available in AWP. | |
Root Category | Selecting a Root Category is optional. The Root Category is the entry point into the category tree that is visible to users of AWP. For example if you select $Categories, then AWP will only show categories that appear below the $Categories structure. See the option Limit records by root categories how this can also affect the visible records |
Category Header | Category Header is used to display additional information for a category. It will appear above the records in AWP, when you are in a category that contains data in the category fields Thumbnail, AWP Info Header and AWP Info Text. When enabling the feature by clicking the checkbox, the required category fields are automatically added to the catalog. |
Additional Options | |
---|---|
Limit to matching records | This optional query is installed as a general filter which records should be visible in AWP. For example you could limit records to only those where a field like “Show in Web” is true. This filter is not used for Download collections because there is a special filter available. |
Hide matching categories | Optional query that specifies categories which should not be visible. |
Limit records by root categories | When activated the available records must be assigned to the configured root category of a catalog or one of its sub-categories. If disabled the list of records is unrestricted as long as no category has been selected by the user. When the user selects a category the collection content is restricted to the records assigned to the chosen category or one of its sub-categories. |
Show sub-categories below category header | Enable to see sub-categories with category header information below the current category header. |
