Displayed as filter title to the user. When opening the name editor dialog one can also configure a description which is then available to users by hovering a little question mark icon which is displayed next to the filter name.
Filter Type
This cannot be changed once you have decided that this is a filter that uses “User Input”. You will have to remove it and add a new filter to replace it.
Filter active
When active, it is visible on your AWP. If you uncheck this box, it will hide the filter, but not delete it.
Filter initially collapsed
By default this is unchecked. That means the filter will be expanded like this:
Restrict filter to
Enable this option to show the filter only to the listed users or members of the listed roles.
Field
Here you select what record field the user input should be searching in, for example Record Name
Default Value
Specifies a filter value that should be already active when starting the AWP session. This filter is not visualized and can be overridden by the user by entering some non-empty filter value.
Vocabulary View Set
Specifies the Category View set to use when showing additional vocabulary metadata for a filter based on a vocabulary field.
Static Query Operator
When enabled you must select which query operator is always used for the search.
When disabled the user can select the query operator in AWP:
Enable Bulk Search
Enables a user to enter multiple search terms for this filter. The bulk search is initiated with the small menu button:
