Customizations
Customizations list
This lists shows which customizations are currently available in the webapps\awp\customizations folder. Here you can enable and disable the customizations, and define in what order they should be loaded, starting from top to bottom.
You can also change the settings for customizations using the Properties button.
Saving changes will then apply all active customizations to the live system. A Tomcat restart is not required.

| Replace Logo on Landing Pages | This feature is useful, if your Welcome/Login Page has a different background than your header background in AWP. If you enable this customization, the logo_landingpage.svg will be used instead of logo.svg on the Welcome/Login page. You will need two logos (named as seen below) in your customization folder:  |
| Add Page to Collection Basket | This customization adds a little icon above the record content area that when clicked adds all records of the current page to the collection basket. |
| Send Comment for Record | Enable this to allow users to send comments about a record to you. Open the properties for the “Send Comment for Record” customization and configure the “from”, “recipient” and “email subject” options. To have catalog specific recipients use the “toMatch” section.  The feature in AWP looks like this:   |
| Translation Mode | Enable this to reveal all AWP language keys. This is needed for translating the available languages to your liking. See the language settings. When you have enabled this, open AWP in a new browser session and you should see the keys surrounded by question marks (not part of the key):  The default text for keys can then be changed in the properties dialog of a language:  |
| Change Order of Collection Basket Records | Adds two buttons to the records in the Collection Basket to move them one position forward of backward. This is handy when AWP is used for generating presentations or other page oriented documents.  |
| Attention Video Manager: Remove download button | Removes the Download button from the Attention Video Manager player. |
| Remove QuickSearch Tooltip | Removes the tooltip shown for the main quick search as it might be too confusing for pure publishing solutions. |
| Browse-Users Filter | Restricts browseable users to users from roles the browsing user is a member of himself.  The configuration takes a Role UID prefix which is used to filter assigned roles for the current user to determine the roles where the role users are visible by browsing. |
| Download Collection - Logo Logout | Close pin collection session when clicking the logo. |
| Disable guest session marker | Changes the behavior of the guest session that it's no longer marked as a guest session. Result is a guest session which works like a normal session with all features enabled, including Collections and write access to records. Note: This is a dangerous option and should only be enabled after understanding the security implications as it gives anonymous users write access to the Cumulus server. |
| Welcome Page - Highlight Categories: Open links in current tab | Open all embedded links in current tab instead of opening a new tab. |
| Top Level Edit Button | Moves the record edit button from the popup-menu to the top-level button area. Also moves the top-level information view button to the popup-menu. |
| Remove Send Collection Button | Removes the button to directly send a download collection and all related UI elements. |
| Restrict upload | Allows upload in AWP only if the current user has server permission 'AWP-Upload' |
