AWP

AWP supports configuring a record view set for the display of record data. This page describes the available features when displaying records.

The font sizes, styles and color configured in a view set are supported, but the font family is ignored. AWP uses the Windows part for the font configuration. The option to use Regional Settings for individual fields is respected.

AWP uses the Info View configuration to determine the list of fields to display.

• Categories field value is displayed using two entries
  • Categories displays the categories below $Categories. Clicking the category will jump to the category in the category tree
  • Keywords displays the categories below $Keywords. Clicking a keyword will execute a quick search for the keyword term
• Related records are displayed with a small thumbnail which can be clicked to jump to that record
• Longitude and Latitude fields are replaced with an embedded map if the according feature has been enabled for either Google Maps or OpenStreetMaps
• Fields before the first separator are displayed without a field name
• Fields after the first separator are displayed in a two column layout with the field name on the left and the field value on the right
• If a String field is configured to be multi-line (number of lines > 1) the layout is different for this field: the value now spans the entire width of both columns in such a case.
• If a String field value is really long, the value is truncated after 1024 character. The user sees a clickable link at the end of that text block to read more. Clicking the link will load additional text for this field into the view.
• AWP always scans the text values for embedded URLs and will convert them into clickable links automatically
• If a String List or Vocabulary field is configured to more than one line and is indexed then each individual value is rendered as a clickable button
• Table fields are displayed as embedded List Views

AWP uses the Info Window configuration to determine the list of fields to display. The supported set of features is identical to the Info View.
