AWP offers an advanced feature set when working with Vocabulary fields.

When editing a record with a Record View Set where a Vocabulary field is available for editing, the following user interface is visible initially:

Starting to type in the search box opens a type-ahead popup for matching entries allowing the user to quickly select the wanted value:

AWP can also manage the available values of a Vocabulary by adding new values.

In case the current user has been given permission by the AWP administrator he can also add new values to the Vocabulary. He types the new value into the input box and then uses the small menu at the end of the input to select one of the Add to .. options, where each option represents one Vocabulary assigned to the currently edited Vocabulary field.

Note: Adding new values to a Vocabulary makes them available in all catalogs and fields where the according Vocabulary is referenced.
