About Attention
Attention Solutions has been a leading supplier of DAM solutions for over 25 years. We believe what decides whether a project succeeds is a strong and lasting partnership - not the delivery alone. So we stay on after go-live.
About Attention
We work with thoroughly tested technology, because a media bank has to stand for many years. The platform has to grow with the organisation, and it has to survive new colleagues, new file formats and new systems it is expected to work with.
Our customers are museums, archives, public administrations and businesses. What they share is material with value beyond tomorrow - and the need for someone to find it again long after whoever filed it has moved on.
Capabilities
01
The need almost always has a small twist to it - for instance that the solution also has to deliver data to the rest of the company's systems. We help get the actual need described and turned into a clear requirements specification before anything is installed.
02
You should get full value from the system on day one, so it is tuned to your working day: the web portal set up to look like you, rules for user access, download formats, and the cataloguing fields you actually use.
03
It matters to us that users are properly helped on their way. We teach on site, individually and in groups, and shape the training around job function - built on more than 25 years of knowing where things usually stall.
04
Help is no further away than a phone call or an email. We offer both ad hoc support and SLA agreements with a guaranteed response time on technical issues.
