To share items as easy as possible, AWP offers the so-called Quick-Link which is a Fylr collection with anonymous access enabled automatically with a configured permission preset and expiration date.

After the feature has been enabled by the administrator, users will see a new menu item in the Collection Basket and the selection menu.

When the user clicks that button, AWP creates the Quick-Link collection and displays the resulting link to the user.

The dialog offers a button to copy the Quick-Link to clipboard. Below the link the dialog shows the number of days until the Quick-Link expires and is no longer available.
